    Description

    RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the construction industry, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Leader to join our client's team. As a Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and controlling project costs.
    • Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely project updates.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
