RPO Recruitment is a reputable staffing agency specialising in the construction industry. Our clients are leaders in the field and we are committed to finding the top professionals for their projects. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Site Agent to join our client's team.
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee onsite activities to ensure projects are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project updates
  • Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control project budgets and timelines
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
