We are currently recruiting for a
Project Leader / Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the Project Planning Process.
Work with the operations/project manager to create a project plan and outline the resources needed to complete each phase of the project.
An understanding of how each component contributes to the project to best supervise it to completion.
Ensure that company QMS Procedures / Processes are followed at all times.
Develop and manage a good rapport with lowlevel employees to gather valuable feedback regarding the production process.
Ensure that workers' needs are met to ensure higher productivity.
Collaboration with senior management to settle any grievances
Responsible for coordinating all labour needs for a given project.
Picking internal team members, as well as hiring and training external labour when necessary.
Creating and delivering project instructions to all team members.
Daily collaboration with different departments.
Meeting with the account manager for a given client project to clearly understand the client's needs and budget, which is required to provide effective supervision.
Working with the supply chain management team to order the resources necessary to complete a project and timely delivery of these resources
Responsible to perform all the tasks necessary to keep a project on time and on budget.
Ensure to keep track of financial records, shipment records, and daily labour logs, as well as constant communication with senior management.
Working with project manager to plan projects and outline needed resources
Facilitating communication and resolving conflicts between lowerlevel employees and senior management
Assigning internal team members to projects as well as hiring external labour as needed
Evaluating the performance of project team members to maximise productivity
Using financial and budget analysis to make sure projects are completed within budget
