Project Leader - Procurement and Internal Agency Procurement ~ Supply Chain

Our client is looking for Project Leader - Procurement.

Your will be responsible for assisting the Head of Shared Services in delivering results across all aspects of Shared services in the region by providing focused and collaborative support.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Lead and implement shared services synergy projects

Track and improve Shared Services and Procurement efficiency and effectiveness

Centralised procurement for all marketing spend, to achieve economies of scale

Plan and execute Compliance and Control audits


Develop, maintain, monitor and review performance indicators relating to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's procurement and shared services function, recommending and implementing corrective action where required.

Request for proposal (RFP) process and price checking.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • CA(SA) or similar Procurement/Supply Chain qualification
  • 10 years Financial Management or Project/Procurement/Supply Chain experience
  • 5 years SAP experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
