As an Executive Search and Career Consultant specializing in the niche market of Supply Chain, I
represent some of the top leaders and am called upon by blue chip organizations in the country to
secure talent and assist them in building high performance teams.

A leading retailer is looking for a Project Engineer to be based at their office in Cape Town.
Responsible for budgeting, managing the resources for the projects, ensuring that all projects are
monitored and implemented according to the agreed project plan. Responsible for providing
guidance and oversight to ensure that management of all projects for Johannesburg and Cape Town
regions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Industrial Engineering qualification

Minimum Experience:

Previous experience in a project space in Distribution Centres or warehousing on a large scale

with complex operations

Previous experience with WMS systems such as Logfire, Manhattan, Red Prairie, SAP, Highjump

or similar

5 years field experience in Project Management
Experience in BEST OPERATING PRACTICES
Experience in Continuous improvement / Six Sigma
