Role DescriptionThis is a three month contract on-site rol e for an Account Manager at WOW Marketing Services in Cape Town.
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client projects, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and within budget.
Data analysis and producing reports are a key part of this position.Requirements:
Maintain client relationships
High-level query resolution
Data analysis and reporting of campaign activity
Communications:
develop and execute the campaign communications
Finance:
Programme cost management
Assist with production and distribution of campaign marketing and communication material
Programme management:
Plan, execute and coordinate multiple projects
Work with team members to meet the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's
Experience in managing client projects
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills is essential)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Note:
This is initially a three month project to start immediately with potential to be a permanent position
