Role Purpose
Facilitate the implementation of change management interventions and solutions that empower leaders and employees during strategic projects.


Requirements:


Qualification:


  • Valid Matric certificate.
  • Honours degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.
  • Prosci qualification.
  • Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice).
  • Registered Industrial Psychologist (preferred).

Experience:


  • Minimum 8 years organisational development experience within an insurance or financial services environment.
  • At least 5 years change management implementation experience.
  • Exposure to the development and implementation of Organisational Effectiveness interventions (preferred).

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Process:


  • Facilitate and deliver change management solutions to address people related complexities during projects.
  • Own and implement people change initiatives according to business project needs and objectives.
  • Partner with the HC team in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HC solutions during change projects.
  • Collaborate with the relevant HC teams to facilitate the implementation of initiatives across projects.
  • Facilitate change interventions to effectively manage conflict, build teams, create change agility, and build a culture that is aligned to business values.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement change development interventions in line with HC leadership framework.
  • Facilitate team effectiveness interventions in order to increase collaboration, productivity, and work satisfaction.
  • Leverage metrics to shape and inform change solution design and impact.
  • Effectively use diagnostic tools and monitor business results to determine the success of interventions.
  • Keep abreast of trends and best practices within change management to optimise service delivery.
  • Conduct research to drive best practice with the fields of change management.
  • Design and implement initiatives (frameworks, methodologies, and tools) to develop or enhance people change performance in business.
  • Guide change solutions to align to the employee experience.

Client:


  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic advice and input into business executive and management teams.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions.
  • Provide holistic client centric solutions, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and guide the implementation of interventions to ensure alignment of outcomes across the business.
  • Coach, advise and provide tools to leaders to successfully lead change in their environment.
  • Facilitate interventions that build an innovative, collaborative and client centric culture that supports business purpose and values.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement leadership development interventions in line with MMH leadership framework.
  • Act as trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees in the business on organisation effectiveness related matters.
  • Compile and submit organisational development scorecards, monthly reports and other related metrics as required.
  • Provide business leadership with support aligned to culture and leadership framework.
  • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
