    RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable and long-standing building contractor in the beautiful city of Cape Town, is currently in search of an exceptionally hardworking and dedicated Site Agent to join their highly successful team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations.

    As the Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating construction activities on large building projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. In addition to your outstanding work ethic and commitment to excellence, you will also have the opportunity to make a positive impact within the local community by contributing to the development of infrastructure in Cape Town.     Requirements

    • National Diploma in Building or BTech in Construction Management
    • 10 years' experience working on large building construction projects in a similar capacity
    • Previous experience in multi-storey building projects essential
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills

    Benefits

    Salary: R600K – R840K CTC per annum, negotiable
