  • Resolved customer maintenance cases in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintenance planning
    • Assisted with developing capex maintenance plansand budgets. This included assistingthe senior facilities manager by gatheringdata pertaining to property conditionassessments and costing.
    • Develop and implemented propertylife-cycle plans.
    • Conducted routine and necessaryinspections to ensure buildings are optimally maintained and report findings in writing to senior management.
