I have 7 years of customer service experience. I have worked in retail then moved into the contact center environment. I have learnt soft sales, collections and customer service in different industries such as UK retail, from clothing to electronics, utilities, and motor insurance. I also worked in a US medical insurance campaign. I enjoy working and helping others. I have experience with computers and laptops , on most Google and Microsoft platforms.

I am looking to put my talent to great use in order to gain more than just being an agent. I am looking to work in an environment which encourages me to succeed and grow professionally, where I can utilize my skills and knowledge appropriately. I enjoy working and helping others. I love learning new things to up skill and gain more experience.
 

Approximate rate: ZARR 70 per hour
