Nelisile Mthimunye

I attend to client's queries and make sure that they're resolved within the required SLA, open new accounts, perform transactions, do general office admin, up sell and cross sell products and also do credit checks and credit granting for clients. 

I started working as a client relations officer and later on was promoted to service consultant, have been working closely with clients everything day attending and resolving their queries and also escalating them to relevant departments where needed. I have 15 years of experience working for capitec bank and I have learned a lot during this time. 

I have a national diploma in Accounting from Tshwane University of Technology and I've majored in Accounting and Business law.
