Australian energy sales campaign (Operational hours are anti-social hours)
Type of Employment:
Probation/ Permanent
Remuneration:
R 5,500 to R18,000 CTC per calendar month inclusive of bonuses
Transport is will likely be provided to the office only at the start of the operational shift
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Agent at P3 People is
responsible for initializing and managing relationships with customers, serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs, converting leads to sales, planning and organizing daily tasks.
Responsibilities & Duties
The responsibility of the Sales Agent/Consultant is to convert leads to sales, ensuring quality on calls, pose accurate compliance questions, and accurately capture customer details.
People Responsibility:
Make 4-8 sales average per day
Communicating with customers and sales team leaders
Analysing customer behaviour.
Effective handle objection and create need.
Escalating complaints and queries to team managers
Converting leads to sales in accordance with team and branch target
Accurately classifying call details on the internal dialler
Accurately capturing customers biographical details on the internal dialler
Building positive relationships with customers and business associates
Use questioning techniques in calls acutely
Matching customers to products and pitching appropriate products
Ensuring qualifying, compliance and regularity items are followed correctly
Presenting information on the script articulately and precisely
Handling objections effectively
Business Responsibility:
- Ensure that current sales scripts are followed and presented correctly to clients.
- Ensure that daily agent targets are met
- Handle rejections,disappointments, and setbacks effectively.
- Ensure personal adherence to the company values
- Attend and understand campaign briefings and ensure knowledge of new campaigns and associated script.
- Remain selfdisciplined and maintain good attendance
- Adhere to performance targets concerning call quality and call outcomes
- Safeguard company property and its use

Required experience:
Entry-level,6 months - 2 years Call Centre Sales Agent Experience

Goodwood, Zonnebloem, Wynberg, Maitland, Woodstock, Khayelitsha Site-B, Mitchell's Plain, Delft
