    Administrator -Bellville - Salary R8000 - R13000 pm

    Depending on experience

    Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for organization and a keen eye for detail? We''re looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrator.

    Skills Required:

    ✓ Be able to manage tasks and processes efficiently
    ✓ Computer literate, especially with Excel
    ✓ Good communication skills
    ✓ Self-starter and quick learner
    ✓ At least a matric with C+ or more aggregate
    ✓ Ability and desire to learn, interrogate data, and ask the right questions for accurate answers

    Competence:

    ✓ Speak, read, and write in English and Afrikaans
    ✓ Ability to self-manage and work independently
    ✓ Critical thinking and attention to detail
    ✓ Motivated to work, adhere to deadlines, and complete tasks promptly
    ✓ Previous office experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is preferable

    ✓ Takes ownership and accountability for tasks

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Reconciling Medical Aid payments to pharmacy scripts dispensed
    • Data capture work on in-house system
    • Analysing data and generating reports for clients
    • Investigating work on the web
    • Assuming full responsibility for documentation related to new clients and ownership changes at pharmacies
    • Liaising with clients and medical aids via email and phone

    Assist with and be back-up for tasks such as:

    • Creating and transferring script files on pharmacies dispensing system
    • Requesting script files from other vendors when needed
    • Loading script files into Company System via claims loader
    • Generating monthly reports and ERAs
    • Communicating with admin team and management regarding task status
    • Following procedures and completing checklists
    • Generating and retrieving month-end reports from CKS dispensing system
    • Completing monthly reconciliation accurately and timeously
