    Description

    Together with our client, we are seeking an Administration Clerk in Cape Town Northern Suburbs to assist the Administrative Team in managing administrative tasks related to the operations department.

    Job Profile (but not limited to):

    • Assisting the Administrative Team in managing administrative tasks related to the operations department.
    • Processing and organising all documentation accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintaining a tracking system to ensure timely receipt of necessary documents from transporters and clients.
    • Handling incoming packages, scanning invoices, and maintaining records of transactions.
    • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
    • Responding to inquiries via email and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
    • Supporting the administrative team with any ad hoc tasks as required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and organise all documentation related to transportation and logistics operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation.
    • Ensure timely receipt of necessary documents from transporters and clients.
    • Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
    • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

    Salary: R to R CTC per month
