    About the Position


    Opportunity for an individual with excellent customer care skills and the ability to sell and cross sell products, who prefers working "on the road" as opposed to an office environment.

    Minimum 2 years' sales and customer care experience within the financial services sector. BCom or similar Degree would be advantageous. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have a valid drivers license.


    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
    Conducting sales presentations in line with company's sales methodologies
    Install and train clients on all products and servicees offered
    Focus on client service and ensure all interaction with clients is conducted in an efficient and professional manner
    Increase the amount of transactions being processed by clients by selling benefits of company's systems
    Perform all job functions in line and according to the standard operating procedures for the Sales and Customer Care Department

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Matric
    BCom or similar Degree an advantage
    Minimum 3 years sales and customer care experience
    Ability to sell and cross sell products
    Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have good communication skills
    Good understanding of how credit is granted and managed is an advantage
    Experience in doing presentations to clients would be preferable
    Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    Valid drivers license essential
    Ability to solve problems
    Presentable and professional
    Exceptional organisational skills
    Strong administration skills
