I have astronomical experience in Sales up-to Regional Management, I am extremely passionate about the Sales industry with previous training to back my expertise, During various careers I have been for many courses, including Management courses which will be an assets to any company as I possess excellent people skills and will be an exceptional employee as I am very self motivated, dedicated and a strong candidate, with extensive experience on a management level.

 Manage and oversee all duties in Luxity including assisting the Directors and General Manager run the company.
 Manage a team of 20 - 25 staff members.
 Interview, hire and train (including product knowledge on all Luxury
brands), coach and mentor all staff from Junior to Senior

 Created company Policy and Procedures including procedures for the
buying team.

 Created test for all new staff members.

 Assisted in hosting and setting up events and promotions
 All administrative duties including introducing and implementing KPI’s 
 Maintained excellent Mystery Shopper reports from inception
