My name is Salithia Lee, I'm a very hard working person who loves working in any department. 

I make sure I get my job job and in the right way, I'm committed to what Im required to do and take my job seriously 

I'm an overthinker, helpful and easy person to work with. 

I am writing this letter to express my enthusiasm for the position of the post The creatively and dedication  of the position Have speaked my enthusiasm to apply for this job as soon as I saw the advertisement.
The amalgamation of my experience in the industry and the companys value will be a unique and enriching experience for the both of parties.

When I finished high school I immediately job hunted, my very first job was as a verification officer at Icon Africa, verified calls by listening if everything in the call was correctly done.
I became my managers helper where by I Uplifted calls if they were not supposed to be pended, done coaching with employees that weren't working, trained new employees,also doing payroll, reporting to HR, holding meetings with different teams and if my manager wouldn't be at work I filled in for the day.
At the same company I've got promoted as a  receptionist, taking incoming calls, preparing for meeting, overlooking the company is in place and welcoming new employees to the company.
When my manager resigned, I got up back at Verification but as a manager, helping the team out where needed and leading them the correct way.
When verification got retrenched, I decided to job hunt again.

The second company I've worked for was Vodacom while it was only commission based, where by it was a outbound call  and one sale would be R200
It didn't work out for me because I needed a basic salary in order to do my personal things and also use that money transport.

I got called back at the first company I've worked for and I was doing quotes of king price car insurance, then got moved to QA (quality assurance)

I really hope that this is a way to proof that I'm a very hard worker and committed to what I do. It's not easy getting a job in our country so whatever job I'm required to do ill do my best, also to prove to the company that I'm a hard worker and that I deserve to be promoted.
 

High school matriculation
