• Drafting reports to be submitted for approval by Council
• Executing the Council decision by informing applicant and obtaining acceptance of conditions pertaining to the decision in writing
• Executing of advertising process
• Responding to comments/ objections/ enquiries as a results of an advertisement
• Dealing with processes as per the applicable legislation/ policy, with any objections/ comments lodged
• Drafting of agreement of sale up to the point of conclusion by parties
• Correlating, monitoring compliance with and reporting on contractual obligations
• Attending to related correspondence and enquiries/queries
• Processing of application of removal of title deed restrictions
•  Processing of application for registration and cancellation of servitudes, closure of public street and places
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with bond cancellation process
• Collecting and depositing proceeds of sale against appropriate profit centre and general ledger
• To ensure the effective implementation and administration of processes relating to the sale of immovable property
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in terms of legislation/ policy
• Provide appropriate level of service to clients in terms of the branch’s product/service list.
