  • Attending to related correspondence and enquiries/queries
  • Processing of application of removal of title deed restrictions
  •  Processing of application for registration and cancellation of servitudes, closure of public street and places
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with bond cancellation process
  • Collecting and depositing proceeds of sale against appropriate profit centre and general ledger
  • To ensure the effective implementation and administration of processes relating to the sale of immovable property
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in terms of legislation/ policy
  • Provide appropriate level of service to clients in terms of the branch’s product/service list.
