- Executing the Council decision by informing applicant and obtaining acceptance of conditions pertaining to the decision in writing
- Executing of advertising process
- Responding to comments/ objections/ enquiries as a results of an advertisement
- Dealing with processes as per the applicable legislation/ policy, with any objections/ comments lodged
- Drafting of agreement of sale up to the point of conclusion by parties
- Correlating, monitoring compliance with and reporting on contractual obligations
- Attending to related correspondence and enquiries/queries

- Processing of application for registration and cancellation of servitudes, closure of public street and places
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with bond cancellation process
- Collecting and depositing proceeds of sale against appropriate profit centre and general ledger
- To ensure the effective implementation and administration of processes relating to the sale of immovable property
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in terms of legislation/ policy
- Provide appropriate level of service to clients in terms of the branch’s product/service list.
