Education
Territory Sales Manager
Day to day meeting of Sales targets in territory, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring
services and deliveries are met according to SLAs on a continuous basis. Utilising resources effectively to
resolve and reduce client complaints/queries throughout the order management process. Effective
communication to stakeholders and customers with regards to stock levels and order tracking daily.
Strategic planning on territorial customer base appointments daily, weekly and monthly in order to meet
required KPIs and sales objectives. Accurately report monthly sales targets and new business successfully
achieved and/or new markets penetrated. Delegating tasks to relevant departments to achieve optimal
supply chain success. Share best practice initiatives through collaboration and team engagement in order
to improve efficiency in the field. Continual self-development and personal improvement on product
knowledge with in-house online training courses. Continuous feedback to Regional Sales Manager on
personally developed sales strategies and innovations and the growth result in the market. Daily dynamic
interfacing with clients in terms of product specification training. Key account management on specific
wholesalers with regards to promotional sales bookings, combined with new product listings and
negotiating discounted logistical fees. Continually and effectively mentoring and coaching new sales
representatives. Comprehensive data analysis of area sales and competitors to ensure correct targeting of customers
