    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company.

    Job Type: On-site/Hybrid/Remote

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
    • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry
    • Strong understanding of the fintech and cryptocurrency industries
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
    • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates with the right opportunities
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand our client base
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
