    Our client is in search of a skilled and seasoned Application Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this key role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of our software development practices and applications.


    Role Responsibilities:
    • Lead and guide a team of developers, promoting a collaborative and agile atmosphere.
    • Advocate for innovative methodologies to enhance the application development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Establish and supervise a modern CI/CD pipeline for seamless integration and delivery.
    • Offer technical guidance to developers and QA specialists to ensure on-time delivery of top-notch applications.
    • Manage team structure, establish development standards, and engage in code evaluations.
    • Supervise outsourced development activities and maintain effective communication with multiple teams.
    • Create and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
    • Cultivate a culture of creativity and involvement, attracting top talent and reinforcing our employer reputation.
    Desired Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of software development experience, proficiency in a strongly-typed language (preferably Go).
    • 5+ years of senior technical leadership experience, with a proven track record in delivering intricate solutions.
    • Proficiency in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC best methods (CI/CD).
    • Experience in building and maintaining critical cloud-based or virtualized applications.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities to motivate and empower your team.
    • An enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on application development trends.
    Additional Skills:
    • Background in Go and PHP 8.
    • Demonstrated capability in fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.
