10 years’ experience in managing a child development sport program. Focusing on readying pre-school children in various sport codes to ensure success in their future sporting ventures.  Having studied in a sporting environment I have achieved abilities to be an efficient leader and gained effective communication skills, which have been visible in effective problem solving, planning and implementation plans throughout studying and working within sport.  My focus is surrounded by being a leader who can develop, manage and motivate teams to achieve necessary objectives.  Focused, self-motivated and target driven; determined to succeed.
