To whom it may concern
I have been a physical education teacher and sport coach for 8
years. I currently coach soccer, rugby and cricket at Hurlyvale 
Primary school. I live what I teach I compete in strong man and 
powerlifting and have had the privilege of representing South 
Africa in both sports. On the 9 of October, I got the privilege of 
representing South Africa at the 2024 Commonwealth 
Powerlifting Championships in Sun City, South Africa. I finished 
10th in the u93 open class division. Competing has helped me to 
build my character and has had a positive impact on my 
coaching philosophy. Developing young athletes is my passion 
and is really fulfilling. I believe I will be a huge asset to any 
school’s physical education program. My experience can attest 
to this. My career goals include challenging myself by 
immersing myself in a different culture, working internationally
and growing my career further within physical education and 
sport coaching. I also do counselling at the school for boys 
between the ages of 12-14. My psychology background has 
helped me a great deal with this.

RUNNERS UP IN 2019 DANONE U12 TOURNAMENT WHICH HAD 40 SCHOOLS 
COMPETING IN IT AND HAVING AN UNBEATEN SOCCER SEASON THAT SAME YEAR.
IN THE 2022 SEASON I COACHED THE U12 BOYS SOCCER TEAM AND WON THE 
SAHETI WINTER FESTIVAL.
