• 360 Recruitments from A-Z. • Draft Terms of Business to send to client. • Manage the tender processes by uploading company documents e.g., BEEE certificate. • Research trends in employment, education and training to apply up-to-date knowledge. • Accept job specs and do briefing with clients.  • Modify spec to attract candidates.  • Use candidate databases to match right person to client role requirements. • Source candidates (Pnet, Career Junction, LinkedIn Recruiter, Headhunting, Referrals, and Cross Referencing).  • Interview potential candidates, taking accurate notes to determine suitability for available positions. • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants. • Save clients and clients data/information in Recruit CRM. • Manage the interview process on behalf of clients and candidates using different tools (MS Teams/F2F/Zoom), maintaining appropriate confidentiality with both parties. • Inform candidates about both positive or negative interview results and balance client and candidate needs to achieve outstanding satisfaction ratings. • Coordinate offer process, answering questions candidates had before accepting offers. • Work towards exceeding targets for candidates placed, billings and business leads. • Leverage existing talent pools by maximising direct sourcing activities. • Advertised and managed position listings, organising interviews with suitable candidates. • Process Background checks (References, Qualification, Credit, Criminal, and Social Media etc.,) using dot360, MIE, and CSS.
