• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong technical background in software development, including experience with modern software development practices, tools, and languages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Proven experience managing complex software projects and delivering highquality products on time and within budget.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Passion for building innovative products and solving complex technical challenges.

• Manage a team of software developers and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements to our products.
• Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to experiment with new technologies and processes to improve product quality and delivery speed.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet or exceed their expectations.
• Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors and contractors as needed.
