    Description

    RPO Recruitment is actively seeking experienced Supervisors/Line Leaders to join our client's dynamic team in the Food Production Industry based in Cape Town. Our client is a leading company in the food manufacturing sector, known for their commitment to quality and innovation.

    As a Supervisor/Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring smooth operations. You will manage a team of production workers, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure that all products meet quality standards.

    We are looking for individuals who have a strong understanding of the food production industry, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. If you are a self-motivated and results-oriented professional with a passion for the food industry, we would love to hear from you

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the production line, ensuring efficient operations.
    • Assign tasks to production workers and monitor their performance.
    • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations.
    • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may impact production.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
    • Train and mentor production workers to enhance their skills and productivity.
    • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food production industry.
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands.
