As a fully certified ISO 22000 quality controller, I saw to the inspection of raw material and production specifications, guided by food safety industry regulated standards. To effectively manage loss and adhere to production requirements, I would conduct both non-conformance reports and monthly internal audits. As a quality controller I was responsible for guiding production staff in Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Procedures, which helped them understand the importance of food safety and quality standards compliance. My role compromised of conducting pest control, hand swab procedures, and shelf life surveys as a proactive way of maintaining hygiene and microbiological detection and traceability in the factory.
