I have been working in the Education sector, Service desk support & Renewable energy project IT support for over eight years (combined) where I have acquired critical IT Support Skills & Project Management Skills.

Well-versed in numerous computer system applications including Microsoft Office 365 administration, Dynamics 365, Power-Bi, Tagetik, 3CX VOIP, Team- viewer,  VNC,Any-Desk, FortiClient VPN, Litmos,Azure Active directory Administration, Ms Teams administration, Intune Management, Sage, Mie- books, Agile Methodologies(Scrum & KanBan), ZKTeco, Belarc, RMM, SharePoint administration, Exchange Administration, Zendesk, Cloud, Okta, ITIL Governance, Slack, SalesForce, Jira, G-Suite, ServiceNow ITSM, Citrix, Mimecast, GSM Commander,  Marval and Canvas system.

With this knowledge, I will be able to implement my school knowledge combined with the strong IT user support & team leader/supervisor experience I have at Acciona Energy, Construct Education, Curro Holdings, Scatec Solar, Strategic Fuel Fund, and Walter Sisulu University
