I am Nompumelelo Thabethe and I am interested in the customer service associate and retention position . I have 2 years experience at DR Oetker as a Quality assistant and Team Leader. I also have 2 Years experience as a technical and fibre agent  , including 8 months as a billing agent . My previous experience includes 3years as a customer server and customer experience . I also have 6 month retention experience with an ISP company under Cell C Communicating with customers and support staff. Collecting data about customer service trends.
