    Description

    Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forwarding Sales Manager to join their client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company with a strong reputation in the industry.

    As the Forwarding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the forwarding services sector. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the forwarding services sector
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
    • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the forwarding services sector

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
    • Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the forwarding services sector is preferred
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Excellent understanding of the forwarding services industry and market trends
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
