We are looking for a target focused individual to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company in the competitive and innovative.


Your main focus will be to maximize the sales results by ensuring sales plans are clear and defined to maximize the sales teams potential.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by Senior Management through the results of the sales force.
  • Be able to design a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence within the market place nationally.
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of sales force will form an integral part of your position and therefore previous experience will be required
  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements and skills

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • This role will require travel to all three branches in South Africa on a cycle basis

Salary

  • Although negotiable based on experience and previous results the ceiling is R35 000 basic plus incentives and bonuses.
