    Job Offer:
    Personal Assistant

    beBee Professionals is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO and other senior executives.


    The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Handle confidential information with discretion
    • Monitor and respond to emails
    • Research and analyze data
    • Assist with special projects
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Strong attention to detail
