I am 41 year old female who matriculated in 2007 I have worked at WNS Global (Telkom Business Call Centre) from 2017 April to 2020 July. Then we were moved to JD Telecoms (Telkom Business Call Centre). I was working as an outbound Sales Agent.
My duties were:
Making outgoing sales calls, profiling accounts, calculations, updating cutomers information, attending to queries, escalations, send and receive emails making sure I follow quality script on every call and assist on order processing using CMSS, CRM AND OMS.
Am a self-driven hard working person and can effectively interact with people across all levels of the organizational structure and. I dedicate myself into whatever task I am given and bring out the best with it and can also work independently. I believe I can be an asset to your company.
