    Description

    Hire Resolve has partnered with a leading Investment Bank and we are seeking a talented and engaging Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team.

    As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our HR function and ensuring that our team members are supported and valued. You will have the opportunity to implement strategies and initiatives that promote employee engagement, professional development, and a positive work culture. If you are a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Implementing and administering HR policies and programs
    • Managing recruitment and selection process
    • Employee onboarding
    • Payroll Processing
    • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Able to conduct organizational assessments, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address them
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior human resources management role
