Responsibilities:_
This is a full time role and would involve handling various tasks like the following:_
Ensure performance metrics are delivered to the Service Levels_

- _Accountable for different situations that have to be judged, pros and cons weighed, before responding to client_
- _Responsible for process improvements in their area of work_
- _Handling customer reporting and level 2 critical issues_
- _Assuming ownership for client communications_
- _Responsible for development of team members, including oversight of training and keeping the team motivated_
- _Responsible for workforce and workflow management_
- _May assist with the review and update of the standard operation procedures (SOP's), other learning documentation and quality assurance tasks (if required)_

Qualification_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Applicants with HRO background preferred_
- _Proficiency in MS office required_
- _Knowledge on end-to-end Payroll Processing & Taxation_
- _Setting-up of payroll calendar & schedules;_
- _Managing employee data manual/mass changes for entry into payroll system;_
- _Validating employee data changes from system of record to payroll system;_
- _Identifying adjustments or corrections/errors and update the payroll system;_
- _Post payroll reconciliation review & reports; as well as Year-end Activities;_
- _Legislative knowledge on tax, pay frequency, and minimum pay._
