***We are looking to hire an experienced HR Associate to assist our supported South Africa employees during their entire employment lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for building a positive relationship with our supported employees, obtaining, and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting supported employees with HR-related issues. To ensure success as an HR Associate, you should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of employment law. Ultimately, a top-notch HR Associate is well organized, efficient, and approachable.

This individual will report to the Senior Employee Experience Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate every aspect of the employment life cycle for our supported employees through close collaboration with global internal teams such as Client Experience, Immigration and Payroll teams, and external parties such as local service providers
• Drive employee satisfaction and retention amongst our supported employees with sincerity and passion, always with a customer service mindset
• Manage all HR records including personal information, onboarding documents, personal documents, contract documents and jobspecific information
• Audit HR records and collaborate in data integrity activities
• Maintain employee confidentiality
• Issue employment contracts and verifying completion
• Assist supported employees in their Expenses requests and questions
• Ensure compliance to the local employment law in every process
• Assist in Benefits enrollment and maintenance
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team in process optimization projects, knowledge base maintenance and training resources update activities
• Assist with the distribution of external training material

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 2 + years of regional South Africa
  Human Resources experience required
• Cursory knowledge of South Africa employment law
• Business proficiency in the English language and local language if applicable required
• Researchoriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to quickly assimilate information
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Technologyliterate, including Google & Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Good organizational skills
• Empathy and an approachable demeanor
• Attentiveness and honesty
• Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating an unparalleled customer should be in your bones
• Interest in international business and contributing at a consistently high level
• Nice to have: previous experience working within HR Outsourcing projects or under the PEO model
• Nice to have: previous experience working through CRM systems
