Deputy Director - Human Resources (DDHR)

Salary:
The gross annual salary for this role isUS $80,250.00

Benefits in addition to gross salary calculation): Group medical and life insurances. Paid time off (20 vacation days, 15 sick days, 5 personal days and up to 12 paid holidays). 5% of gross month salary in retirement savings. Remote work and flexible work arrangements.

Working in collaboration with the leadership team, the DDHR will develop an impactful HR strategy and approach aligned with AWID's intersectional feminist values and principles.

Salary:
Up to R1,524,750.00 per year


Experience:

- international NGO management: 5 years (required)
- feminist intersectional management: 1 year (required)
