Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resoruces Executive who has the strategic ability to weave divergent stakeholder views together in a functional way is critical.

A person with high strategic potential; that wants to give back and create a sustainable Organization in the various countries of operation is preferable.

In this way of conceptualizing, a long-term strategic view is embodied.

The ability to understand different worldviews and bring it together in an inclusive, systemic, and respectful manner is important in this role.

A time frame of discredit of longer than 5 years are critical - that will balance short term needs with long term drives.

A sociable, logical, and methodical leader that can make links, parallel process, and organize a differently in different contexts are preferred.

The relationships kept should be categorised by integrity, ethics, and credibility.

From an emotional intelligence perspective and the ability to deal with changing life conditions the following are important:

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor of

Commerce Degree:

  • Human Resources or related field
  • MBA or relevant Master's degree
  • Executive Development Course is advantageous
