    Description

    Exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to deliver a top-notch recruitment service for temporary positions. Focus on meeting clients' needs, providing staff that meet their criteria, and developing new recruitment business opportunities using your entrepreneurial flair and business acumen.

    Inherent requirements:

    • Matric
    • 2 to 5 years recruitment experience
    • Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment
    • Computer literate (MS Office)

    Preferred requirements:

    • Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and Sepedi
    • Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates.
    • Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency.
    • Willing to work overtime when required.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client's specification.
    • Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
    • Build up a database to support clients' needs
    • Compile adverts and effective screening of response
    • Network to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
    • Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants.
    • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
    • Review and understand technical job requirements.
    • Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management.
