    Description
    Do you dream about leading a dynamic, target-driven Recruitment Team? If you answered with a resounding Yes then today could be the start of that dream coming true.
    We are looking for a highly experienced and outstandingly efficient self-starter to lead our fast-paced recruitment team into trailblazing industry prominence. This is a one-year contract based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

    Responsibilities
    • Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients.
    • Cultivate repeat business with existing clients.
    • Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives.
    • Identifying opportunities to grow the business.
    • Working with job specs received from clients.
    • Understanding clients to provide high calibre candidates.
    • Sourcing candidates through job platforms.
    • Headhunting and executive search.
    • Screening and short-listing quality candidates.
    • Interviewing and shortlisting top candidates.
    • Negotiating offers with candidates.
    • Tracking placements and on-boarding.
    • Building a referral network.
    • Continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
    • Demonstrated service orientation.
    • Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities.
    • Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry.
    • Team management

    Desired Experience and Qualification
    • 5-7 years recruitment experience
    • An HR qualification and/or background is advantageous
    • Headhunting and bulk recruitment experience
    • Demonstrated understanding of recruitment industry
    • Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct interviews
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Efficient in process execution
    • Ability to work independently
