We are looking for a talented Recruiter Consultant located in Johannesburg to join our small and growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Attend client job briefings, face to face or virtually.
  • Conduct screening and background checks.
  • Maintain database and ensure quality.
  • Providing reports on pipeline.
  • Basic recruitment admin.
  • New business development.

Key Activities

  • Generating new business including making sales calls
  • Sourcing new Clients through existing databases as well as direct sourcing

Requirements:


  • 2 5 years' experience as a recruitment consultant within an Agency.
  • Proven track record of successful billings as a recruitment consultant.
  • 360 Recruiter will be advantageous.
  • Experience with online recruitment platforms i.e., Placement Partner, Pnet, indeed, Careers 24 etc.
  • Basic salary + Commission
  • Remote or hybrid work structure (Good Quality internet at home)
