This is a remote role but requires a base in the Gauteng area.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of solid recruitment experience, with a preference for closer to 5 years.
  • Proven ability to independently acquire and close clients.
  • Proven track record in mid to executivelevel recruitment.
  • External (Agency) recruitment focus is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exemplary writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Ethical, professional, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Stable work history with a proven track record of delivering longterm value.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex recruitment processes.
  • Selfdriven with strong business acumen and understanding of technology organisations.
