Spearheaded the Southern Region Training Strategy, within 4 months of this internship, with a record of 80% of staff that successfully completed the training.

Applied training programme management methodologies and corporate processes into successful delivery, implementation and measurement of learningsolutions;

Sourced and collaborated with training service providers to ensure that course material achieves desired learning outcomes;

Executed the Skills Development strategy by leading the facilitation of the Specialist Training and Kulisa Training.

 

Events / Workshop Coordination

Led the logistical planning and coordination of the Southern Region Graduation Ceremony; Planned and coordinated large-scale recruitment drives, new employee inductions and in-store employee workshops.
