    Brooklyn, Pretoria: EVENTS OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS BOOKING AGENT

    Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of becoming permanent

    Minimum Requirements:

    -Well presentable, efficient and professional female

    -Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English a must (Afr & Eng client base)

    -Matric / Grade 12

    -Minimum 2 years recent accounting experience a must (Debtors/Creditors etc.)

    -VAT knowledge required

    -Experience/knowledge in booking venues for events preferred

    -Events management experience highly preferred

    -Strong attention to details, with strong administration skills essential

    -Computer literate MS Office, with strong MS Excel skills

    -Able to work under pressure

    -Valid drivers license and own vehicle a must

    -Stable employment record and contactable References

    -To start as soon as possible

    Duties:

    -Full duties related to events operations and logistics bookings

    -Provide clients with accurate cost estimates and quotes.
    -Manage supplier payments on behalf of clients.
    -Manage supplier partners and timeous delivery of products/services.
    -Events management

    -Financial accounting duties (e.g. VAT, Debtors, Creditors, invoicing etc.)

    Salary: R R gross maximum (depending on relevant experience)
