Seasoned, highly creative, and detail-oriented communications specialist with years of specialized experience in the fields of public relations, communications, integrated marketing, event management, and stakeholder relations management.

Currently since 1 November 2020 the Head of Communications, Events Management  and Stakeholder Relations at Enpower Energy an Engineering Consultancy Company. 

Previously (1 June 2012 to 31 March 2020) for Eskom as Middle Manager Communications and Stakeholder Relations. Responsible for the development and implementation of an intergrated communication, event management, branding, media, strategic stakeholder management, marketing and internal communication strategy including staff management, coaching, mentoring and budgeting.

From 1 February 2012 to 31 October 2014 as Divisional Corporate Communications Manager for Eskom, Group Capital Division. Supported the Senior General Manager New Build Projects in implementing the Divisions mandate in various provinces. Implemented a robust marketing communications syrategy and managed the various communication mediums to ensure communication with internal and external audiences.

From 1 June 2006 to 31 January 2013 as Regional Marketing Communication Manager for Eskom. Managed the Communications Department covering, Stategy Development, Internal Communications, Media Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Events Management, Managed Communication Meduims/Channels, Stakeholder Management, Reputation and Brand Management, Strategic Marketing, Employee Engagements, CSI, Employee Management and Financial Management.

Bachelor's Degree (BTech) in Public Relations Management and Communication obtained from UNISA in 2005.

National Diploma in Public Relations Management optained from Technikon SA in 2000.

Completed a Certificate in Middle Management from Henley Business School in 2014.

Completed a Certificate in Protocol and Etiquette with Rantsane Mario Acamedy in 2012 and A Management Development Programme Certificate with Univercity of Pretoria in 2005.

I also completed the following Online training programmes:

Diploma in Human Resouces and Events Management with Alison in November 2021. 

A Public Service SMS pre-entry certificate with the school of Government  in 2020 and a certificate on the fundementals of Digital Marketing with the Google Garage also in 2020.

I am a registered Chartered Public Relations Practitioner with PRISA since 2002.
