Description

A reputable Medical Aid Scheme is seeking an experienced Campaign and Events Coordinator to join their Marketing and Communications Department.


Duties:


  • Providing operational and Administrative duties to provide proactive support to the Marketing Campaigns and Events team within the Marketing and Communication Department.
  • Ensuring all branding and Brand Assets (Sponsored sport grounds) are updated according CI.
  • Managing all distribution of indoor and outdoor branding.
  • Coordinating all Marketing courier service requests.
  • Capturing leave for auditing purposes.
  • Ensuring office supplies are sufficient.
  • Ensuring all requirements are met for printing purposes.
  • Ensuring all requirements are met to order correct promotional items.
  • Managing the approval process of all promotional items.
  • Assisting the team with all traveling arrangements and booking bookings for business travel.

Requirements:


  • Grade 12 with Mathematics
    (nonnegotiable):
  • A 3 year National Diploma in Marketing or Communications
  • A minimum 3 years branding, campaigns, events and marketing coordination.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R1,00 - R2,00 per month
