    Description

    Main purpose:

    To support the firm regarding IT software and systems, implementation, maintenance and upgrades. In addition, the successful candidate will also be responsible for investigating new products and best practice.

    Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

    To support the firm with the with following functions:

    • Provide software and systems IT support to the firm and individual users
    • System management of Office365 Suite, Microsoft Co-pilot,GreatSoft, CaseWare IDEA, CaseWare Working papers, Digital Cabinet
    • Implement, test and maintain IT systems and applications
    • Backup and recovery procedures of system and applications
    • Automation of processes and procedures
    • Research potential beneficial solutions to build into and enhance existing software, systems and applications
    • Build or implement new software, systems and/or applications for the firm and/or individual users
    • Perform IT security checks regularly and identify potential loopholes or risks

    General:

    • Assist the IT Manager with IT hardware requests when required.
    • Assist with ad-hoc requests from Partners and Directors
    • Top Management will require you to perform tasks that are outside of your Job Description from time to time.
    • This Job Description is not exhaustive and will change and grow in accordance with position. From time to time Management will request you to perform reasonable and lawful tasks outside of the abovementioned Job Description.

    Experience and qualifications:

    • IT related Degree and accounting experience preferable
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in a Software and/or Systems Specialist role
    • Knowledge of Office365 Suite and Microsoft Copilot required
    • Programming skills required
    • Knowledge of GreatSoft, CaseWare IDEA, CaseWare Working Papers and Digital Cabinet PowerBI would be advantageous
