My name is Siphokazi Ngcuka. I have gained experience from working in different companies and industries. My last job was working as a Functional Support Specialist at Standard Bank of South Africa for 12 years. I worked on application systems like BDS, Card, Postilion, Messaging, Internet Banking, ATM's, Remedy a system where we logged incidents from Low, Medium, High and resolve them according to severity and within SLA

Please note that I have worked in different companies and gained experience. I have worked at hotels, private hospital as an Assistant Catering Manager. I then changed careers and worked for  the bank for 12 years as an IT Functional Support Specialist.

My duties were to support the branches and the IT systems e.g BDS, Mainframe, Customer 1st etc

I have experience with Internet banking, Credit Card, Cellphone banking, Messaging, SAP, Postilion.

Education

I have a Diploma in Hospitality. I received more certificates whilst working for the bank
