    Description

    Are you a seasoned sales professional with a track record of developing and managing strategic client relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Executive to join our team and drive growth through client acquisition and management.

    Your Expertise:

    • The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
    • Manage our Strategic accounts portfolio.
    • Attend Regional Public Sector Events.
    • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives.
    • Develop Strategic Account Plans.
    • Establish strong, long-term client relationships at C-Level.
    • Communicate with major clients regularly and respond to specific queries.
    • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
    • Connect customer business and technology needs to solutions.
    • Coordinate solution advisory with business units to provide solutions.
    • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
    • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal sales teams.
    • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
    • Quarterly business reviews with customers.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Relevant degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.

    Other information applicable to the opportunity:

    • Location: KZN.
    • Level: High intermediate/ Senior (5+ years experience).
    • Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager at the Public Sector Level.
