    Description
    We are in the Branding and Printing Industry and seeking an Account Executive with extensive exposure to the Liquor, Beverages, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical Industries.
    This is a permanent opportunity based in Johanneburg, Gauteng

    Minimumn Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven track record of successful sales experience within the Liquor/FMCG/Pharmaceutical Industries, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills to expand the client base.
    • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales projections and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant metrics.
    • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure favorable agreements while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
    • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and benefits, and provide training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies in all sales activities.
    • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
    • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and techniques, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the sales function.
